Karen Millen Work Dress

So Thanksgiving may be upon us but today is a work day. Although I blog, I still work as a financial planner and have to dress for the ‘corporate’ office at times. This Karen Millen dress may scream Florida but you can throw a leather jacket on it and rock it for Fall too. I just love the bright orange and black and white palm tree leaves. I paired it with a Khirma Eliazov clutch and Jean-Michel Cazabat pumps. I love this look for the office and beyond. Check out more photos below!

Three Hot Pieces on Sale

I scouted a few items on sale that were just so fire they deserved their own post! Starting with this M2Malletier handbag perfect for the holidays and these Charlotte Olympia pink sandals. Lastly, I spotted a Burberry lace skirt that should probably go with just about everything. Happy shopping!

Akira Orange Jumpsuit

Happy Thursday everybody! I’m loving my Akira orange jumpsuit which is actually on sale right now. I wore it out to dinner to Felidia’s restaurant ( you know the famous chef Lidia Bastianich’s restaurant in the city) and had a fabulous Saturday night before I left town. I just love the side ruffles on this jumpsuit, it brings the drama.

I paired it with vintage Christian Louboutin heels and a faux snake skin Guess clutch. Check out the rest of the pictures below!

Tanya Taylor Crop Top and Rag & Bone Jeans

So I’ve made a big move. I’m now living in Florida but while still in New York I got together with Mariya for some shots. The weather was warm (hence the Tanya Taylor crop top that I found on sale). It’s hot in Florida so I can wear this outfit almost all year!

These Rag & Bone Simone Denim Pants have been put to great use ever since I got them. They’re light and cute. I just love a dark wash. I paired them with my vintage blue suede Giuseppe Zanotti pumps (similar Manolo Blahnik BB pumps here) and my vintage Marc Jacobs blue handbag. Check out the rest of the photos below!

Delpozo NYFW F/W 17 Handbags

The handbags on the runway for this past New York Fashion Week’s Delpozo Fall/Winter 2017 show were just gorgeous! The detail on these are beautiful, I can’t wait to see them retail. Delpozo is one of my favorite brands, they are always very creative. Check out more of the bags below!

Color in the Winter: Blue Topshop Coat

Well it’s snowing today after a 50 degree temperature yesterday! What a mess this weather is. To beat the winter blues, I like to use a pop of color. Last year, I picked up this blue Topshop coat from Nordstrom (similar blue Harris Wharf London coat here) to give me that boost among the hum drum of black and grey in my closet. It’s not the warmest coat ever but it works. I also wore vintage silver metallic Lanvin sneakers, Zara jeans (similar here) and an Alexander Wang handbag (similar black one here). Check out a few other coats to brighten up your winter wardrobe.

Isa Arfen Tiered Ruffle Dress

20160726-mariya_nicole-008a

This summer I’ve enjoyed my Isa Arfen tiered ruffle dress. It’s perfect to make a statement in this heat! This dress is sold out but check out this similar Isa Arfen skirt and slip dress. I paired the dress with a Rebecca Minkoff black quilted leather handbag (which kind of goes with everything).

I feel tropical cool in this dress and tried a new green color on my nails to go with it. Peep more photos below!

Coterie Spring 2016

Zac Posen

I have to say that I was a little disappointed in what I found this year at ENK Coterie for Spring 2016. There wasn’t that much to choose from or of interest. The shows were cool but let’s be frank, some of the best we saw from New York Fashion Week was the Givenchy show. Anyway, I did stumble upon some cute finds, saw lots of color and sequins (everywhere). Sequins and fringe. That’s definitely going to be big for next year’s spring season.

I also came across Chiara Ferragni’s new shoe collection. It’s very colorful and playful. Some it was a bit too loud for me. Cupcakes and Cashmere launched a new clothing line for Spring 2016. I had no idea she was doing clothing but guess so. I couldn’t get photos though because they hadn’t been released yet but these samples were really cool.

Take a look at what I found!
