Black Pleated Tulle Skirt from “Sunset on a Florida Parking Lot” Collection

Hey everybody. So, I’ve worn this skirt once in and around town and I just love it. It is indeed from my “Sunset on a Florida Parking Lot” collection which you can see archived here. It’s light and fun and perfect for a night out. I have not been out on the town ever since a man attacked me and cracked my teeth. It will come one day soon, hopefully. I’ve also been wearing this perfect shade of red lipstick that I adore. It is perfect with an all black look. I might have too much black in my closet as I am honestly a New Yorker. Anyway, are you enjoying fashion month? So much to see and check out. Will be back soon.

Sincerely,

Ruffles, Harnesses and Tulle at the Gucci F/W 2020 Show

The Gucci Fall/Winter 2020 show was quite different this year, starting with a rotating circle of dressers and models. There was quite a bit of ruffles, tulle and harness wear that flirts femininity with roughness. There was also some great pops of color to brighten up some of the usual black in fall/winter wardrobes. It was a great show and a daring open to Milan Fashion Week. Check out more photos below!

Hailee Steinfeld in Viktor & Wolf’s “No Photos Please” Dress at The Met Gala

I remember seeing this “No Photos Please” dress by Viktor and Wolf on the Spring Couture 2019 runway. The dresses made a fashion statement even without the literal statements on the dresses. What a way to do tulle! I just loved the look and the camera she carried was a great note to add to the look.

What was your favorite dress of the evening?

Sincerely,
